Primary Prevention Center is currently preparing for launch. At this time, no medical services are being provided and no fees are being collected.

Once enrollment opens, the following policies will apply:

1. Membership Fees

Membership fees, once charged, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Membership benefits begin upon enrollment. Further details will be outlines in individual membership agreements.

2. Consultation Fees

Fees for completed consultations or services rendered are non-refundable. Further details will be outlines in individual membership agreements.

3. Cancellations

Future cancellation policies and timelines will be provided prior to enrollment and will be outlined in individual membership agreements.
